We Keep Our Promises
Our animals are our greatest treasures. If they are well and eat what we grow, if the land we cultivate is allowed to rest as it should and becomes lush, if we keep all these promises, then the milk will be good. It will be naturally perfect, and perfectly natural.
Certified organic method
Only in this way were we the first in our field to achieve certified organic methods – a certification that requires us, because we work according to absolute principles, not just to meet an average standard, but to reach 100% use of natural substances. Synthetic chemicals such as fertilizers, herbicides, and insecticides are completely excluded, while ensuring the welfare of our animals.
Artisanal Method
That’s the reason why we define our method as artisanal. Pasta stretching, the use of natural whey starter, the absolute freshness, and the quality of buffalo milk are just some of the elements that make our product a unique excellence.
