The Challenge
Our company covers an area of approximatively 1,000 hectares. A place where nature reveals itself in all its grandeur. Being able to maintain – and preserve – a family-run structure, while making our products available not only throughout Italy but also across Western Europe, North America, and Japan, is a challenge we strive to meet every day and one that we are proud to take on.

We believe that food is, above all, culture. We are partners and supporters of the Consortium for the Protection for PDO Buffalo Mozzarella. We also operate as an educational farm, actively offering organized visits to our company facilities to transparently showcase the quality of the processes that lead to the creation of such an extraordinary product as our PDO Buffalo Mozzarella.
